If you’ve never been into running but want to get started…

If you’re a beginner runner with a goal of running 5km (3.1 miles) but you don’t know where to start and you don’t want to overdo it right away…

If you want help progressing yourself up to your first 5km run, then this challenge is for you.

Each day you will be progressing towards your 5km run, with proper planned active recovery and work days so that you don’t overdo it and get hurt in the process.

This challenge will have your backside sculpt in no time. 
For ALL levels, with different exercise levels to choose from. 
You do need a gym or some weights at home to be able to do this program properly-

You can add this challenge to your current training program as a finisher or starter, depending on your goals and preference. 

It’s a 21-day challenge, but if you can’t do the workout every day, you will still see great results in just 3 weeks. 

This challenge will progress your push-up un no time! 
It’s for ALL levels, with different difficulty level to choose from.

You do not need a gym for this challenge, but if you’re more advance you might want to invest in a loop resistance band. You can add this to your current training program as a finisher or as a starter, depending on your preference, but we recommend you get this done in the morning as soon as you can!

Daily progression in walking to help you establish walking as a new daily habit AND increase your fitness levels as you go. Great if you have a sedentary lifestyle and want to make walking a part of your daily self- care routine and just want a push.

Intensity will vary to help you improve your cardiovascular fitness, but you’ll never have to walk more than 30min in one go.

You do not need a treadmill for this program, but if you prefer to use one that is still a valid option.
