It’s for ALL levels, with different difficulty level to choose from.
You do not need a gym for this challenge, but if you’re more advance you might want to invest in a loop resistance band. You can add this to your current training program as a finisher or as a starter, depending on your preference, but we recommend you get this done in the morning as soon as you can!
It’s a 21-day challenge, but if you can’t do the workout every day, you will still see great results in just 3 weeks!
